Sway facilitates connections between professionals and employers. We do not:

  • Guarantee job placement or employment
  • Verify the accuracy of job listings posted by employers
  • Endorse or recommend specific employers or job opportunities
  • Mediate disputes between users and employers

You are responsible for your own interactions with employers and for verifying the legitimacy of job opportunities.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sway and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sway and its partners from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
